My career journey

I understand feeling stressed, overwhelmed and unsure of how to find fulfillment in work and life.

I worked 17 years in corporate and although it had many perks, it sometimes felt impossible to improve my stressful job and life. I pictured a long slog to retirement when I’d finally get to follow my passions.

But this vision wasn’t good enough for me. So, I invested in a coach who helped me realize that I actually had more control over my own destiny and the skills to support me. I decided then to become a coach to put good things out into the world and help others like me reimagine what’s possible.

Certified Professional Coach, credentialed through the Institute for Coaching Innovation, an International Coaching Federation accredited program (considered the gold standard for coaching).

17 years as a strategic marketer in large corporations; I understand the corporate hiring process and navigating corporate organizations.

Invented patent-pending zero waste bath product called the “noofah” (a.k.a the new loofah) and launched Noofah Body Care LLC in 2021.

MA in Museums & Non-profit Management (Seton Hall University); B.A. in Communication (Rutgers University).

Interests: Traveling, hiking, reading, art and comedy.
